Therapist Overview
I am enough! It’s one thing to say it, but another to believe it and live it. I believe everyone ultimately just wants to be heard and understood for who they are, to be enough. We live in a society that exudes connection, but often times we feel isolated and disconnected from others. Sometimes we are afraid to show parts of ourselves, for fear of judgement. However these worries are nothing short of normal, they are exactly what makes us human. Therapy is a process to explore and acknowledge the parts of yourself that you have avoided, feel disconnected from, or have been wounded. I’m glad that you are here, taking the steps for you! I work on meeting you where you are at, to help you uncover your core issues and patterns that play a role in keeping you from living your most authentic life. I have experience in working with trauma, relationship conflict, adjustments in life transitions, breaking generational patterns/trauma, and more. As a therapist, I want to break down barriers that keep us from connecting with one another on a human level, which is to talk about our feelings and to normalize it. I believe that through our work together, we can create a space that honors your vulnerability and sees you for who you are, which is enough. Now accepting new clients! Availability on Fridays.
