Seeking a better state of mental health is a fundamentally hopeful endeavor. I firmly believe that every person has the internal capacity for change and I hope to help each person to turn that hope into progress. In my over ten years of experience working with a wide variety of clients I have specialized in helping those clients that are searching to put the pieces of their life into a clearer picture. Using methods psychoanalytic and client centered techniques I help clients work through past traumas, anxiety, and relationship issues to find their voice.
