The goals I co-create with clients are mainly focused on: exploring sexuality, gender identity, needs, desires, reducing or eliminating mental health symptoms, and developing healthy communication skills and relationships. I have found that my clients are seeking kindness, compassion, and a non-judgmental space where they can heal. It is my nature to be very warm, encouraging, and comforting. I’m also very empathic and intuitive. I work best with clients who are seeking a queer, feminist, relational, strength-based, anti-oppressive, existential, and client-centered perspective. I have doctoral level training and education in sex therapy and Masters level training in art therapy.
