I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NC), Licensed Professional Counselor (SC), a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated from Montreat College, in Charlotte with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 10 years experience working with adolescents, adults, & abused/neglected children. I was also the liaison for Union County Department of Social Services and the FBI in regards to Human Trafficking. I have experience working with Adolescents and Adults (15+) and working with multicultural clients from all socioeconomic backgrounds. My experience includes working with clients with issues involving addiction, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach including CBT, Traditional Talk Therapy, and Trauma Informed Approaches.
