I have been successful helping clients return to healthy and dynamic lives who have experienced severe anxiety, depression, and debilitating trauma from physical, emotional and sexual abuse. I have also helped families and couples with relationship issues including; frustrated parents with young children and/or challenging teenagers, couples stuck in bad communication cycles, and people who have lost themselves, their motivation and direction. You are unique. I will tailor my therapeutic approach to what will work for you and your loved ones. I will equip you with the tools you need to be happy with yourself and others. These tools include communication skills, mindfulness, somatic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. As an Associate MFT, I am supervised by Mary Ellen Cole, Licensed MFT.
