Hola! my name is Carolina (I’m a native Spanish speaker counselor) and I choose every day to work towards understanding and assisting those who are suffering. I’m here to help you, or your family navigate those inevitable LIFE TRANSITIONS (school, college, career changes, divorce, empty nest, getting married, having a baby, parenting, relationship issues, etc.) GRIEF and LOSS. I also support CANCER PATIENTS and their family members or caregivers. Life is full of circumstances that can cause a lot of pain and keep us from enjoying it. Thoughts and feelings keep us from participating fully and freely in our lives, our work and our relationships. And it is OK to seek help when you are feeling that you don’t know what direction your life is going. I have done this journey myself! My primary objective is to counsel your journey in order to relieve your suffering, to restore your family functioning or to improve your overall quality of life.
