As your therapist, I will support you in reconnecting with your inner curiosity, creativity and courage, guiding you to explore your world with self-compassion. With more self-compassion comes a life with more moments of joy and a greater sense of well-being. I offer individual therapy to women and men experiencing depression, anxiety, low mood/energy, life transitions, grief, relationships issues, challenges meeting health goals, and past traumas. I am a certified yoga instructor and incorporate yoga and mindfulness into therapy sessions. This aides folks in building skills to cope with and move through challenging emotional experiences. More and more research shows the effectiveness of these approaches in reducing stress/anxiety, improving depression, healing trauma, and helping with chronic pain.
