Having a deep knowledge and experience of working with adults at Cleveland Clinic AGMC, Summa Health and other mental health settings for over 10 years has provided me the skills to support with guidance and compassion. I have been trained in multiple therapeutic approaches: Dialectical Behavior, Acceptance & Commitment and Compassion Focused Therapies.
