*I am not currently accepting new clients* I help people overcome challenges and make changes in their lives by providing a balance of comforting support and honest feedback. My goal is to help individuals become the best versions of themselves. My approach, although individualized to each person, draws on strategies which empower clients to find their own strengths and can include cognitive behavioral, dialectical, and person-centered interventions. In my practice, I work with clients to reduce anxiety and mood issues, recover from trauma, address substance use/addiction and remedy relationship problems. We accomplish this by establishing goals and working collaboratively to change behaviors and maximize supports within the family and community.
