Through an insight oriented, asset-based and research-rooted lens, I use a variety of integrated approaches in my work depending on presenting issues, goals, personalities, and relationships. Attachment theories and Person-centered structures undergird all of my clinical work with the goal of creating a safe, warm and inviting atmosphere where feelings, thoughts, and beliefs can be freely and confidentially explored without fear of judgment. I aim to offer hope to every client I see. I work with individual adults and couples. Areas of therapeutic interest include, but are not limited to infertility, pregnancy loss and adoption issues, grief, anxiety, depression, separation and divorce care, parenting, spiritual issues, and life transitions.
