In other words, I will use what research has shown to be effective in eliciting change to guide the healing process. My goal is to help you achieve a fulfilling, well-balanced life by effectively handling life stressors. I serve all ages, and welcome individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive experience treating women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma/PTSD, as well as couples struggling with relational stressors (including infertility, infidelity, and sexual strain or dysfunction). I am trained in two of the most highly regarded evidence-based practices for trauma including EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have a particular interest in working with young adults struggling with adjustment issues, phase-of-life problems, interpersonal conflicts, self-esteem, or general life stressors.
