Therapist Overview
Clients I work with have an element of wanting to restore hope in themselves, their professions, their relationships, and their life overall. We work together to restore hope in the areas of their choosing, using experiential and psychodramatic methods to achieve those results more effeciently and more impactfully. Within that modality, we work on making small degrees of difference vs a whole 180 degress of difference. Small degrees of success can breed the confidence to make more meaningful and deeper changes as time progresses. I am a trauma-informed therapist that utilizes experiential methods and has done many years of my own personal work within that methodology. Experiential therapy is an effective trauma modality, as well as with anxiety, depression, and can be used in family, couples, and group settings. Individual work with experiential therapy is powerful as well. My style is not about “fixing someone” or pathologizing, it is about restoring hope through a deeper understanding of the self.
