Therapist Overview

Life and relationships can be challenging and I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of courage and strength. As a client-centered therapist, my goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and safety where we can talk about difficult and sensitive topics with compassion and without judgment. I work with couples and individuals who are in distress from trauma, infidelity, depression, anxiety and/or grief/loss. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples to change patterns of poor communication into new ways of interacting that build emotional and sexual intimacy. I believe that healing can occur and deeper bonds can be established when couples face challenges in their relationship together. As a collaborative therapist, I strive to understand your unique wants and needs. My goal is to guide you towards healing and a deeper emotional connection with yourself and others.
