My ideal client is struggling with “not feeling themselves”, possibly yearning for something different or more in life, but conflicted on how to reach peace. This can be individually or in the context of a current relationship. I enjoy supporting others in healing from attachment wounds (childhood or adulthood), anxiety, depression, shame, fear, and tackling those thoughts/emotional patterns that aren’t providing a quality of life. My mission and goal is to help others find freedom from pain, stress, burnout in order to connect to their true, core being. Many of us can survive, few of us are thriving and free internally. I am a Marriage and Family therapist and trained in systems work so I love any and all things relational work. I offer individual and couples therapy. My speciality is IFS which is a beautiful, compassionate evidenced based model that provides depth and insight into “why we are feeling what we are feeling” and provides a healing and relief. I offer complimentary phone consultations for anyone interested in the therapy process.
