I believe that each of us has the innate ability to heal ourselves. At times, we need a little guidance to feel empowered, learn how to heal, and access our inner wisdom. I consider myself a guide on the walk with you through times of pain and frustration, to increase understanding and acceptance of yourself, and teach you to use your abilities to improve your quality of life. Life can seem overwhelming at times and you just need someone to listen, care, and help make sense out of the chaos. My goal is to provide you with a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere. I am here for you and would love to create healing together! I utilize a holistic approach that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit connection to our overall well-being. I believe in helping educate clients to think “outside the box” to identify goals and methods that work best for them so that they can navigate life with acceptance, compassion, and resilience. My passion is working with those who identify as LGBTQ+ I’ve worked with individuals and families, ages 5 to 90. I enjoy working with teens and young adults who want to understand their place in the world and know they are not alone in their struggles.
