A confidential law enforcement sensitive service for active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, first responders and their families. Sliding scale payment options are available for military and law enforcement. Parking in the complex is free. If you have insurance and would like specific information about co-pay, please send me a screenshot/picture of your insurance card, and I will have my biller provide you information about your benefits. The office is located inside Stevens Square – there is additional parking located behind Rutabegorz. Currently I am taking Medicare, Blue Shield, Magellan, TriCare and CIGNA. All other clients will be cash pay. Telehealth is available by request.
