There are many trials and hardships we experience and sometimes we carry all of that with us until we reach a point where we stop feeling like ourselves or have never truly found the self we wanted to be. I am here to help you find the self you desire and have been wanting to reach. Together, we will work to overcome the obstacles life has put up and work towards healing from areas of the past that have held you for too long. I am a firm believer that when we take the first step in taking care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually, our perspective starts to change and restoration begins. I work from a solution-focused and narrative approach. I have worked with children, youth in the foster care system, couples, families, and individuals from various age ranges with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict.
