Hello! I has been providing mental health services in the state of New Mexico since 2012. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations. I have worked with youth in both Treatment Foster Care and an out patient setting. I have also worked with queer youth and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I have experience with people on probation/parole and people in recovery. I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, women, and members of the LGBT community who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma symptoms. I primarily do individual counseling, but have experience with families, couples, and groups. I provide a welcoming, non-judgemental, safe space for my clients. I use a client centered approach in my sessions, and incorporate humor into them as well.
