The reality is therapy is hard but it is worth working on yourself, your marriage, and/or your family system. I value the time and cost involved with coming to see me. I thrive when I get the opportunity to come along side an individual, couple or family and be a support or catalyst in a positive change within the system or self. We are changing either in a positive or negative direction- I want to come and validate and support the individual, couple, or family to move towards their goals. Depression and anxiety can be debilitating. Especially, when trying to manage life, career, and relationships. I have worked with individuals and helped externalize and identify solutions to have better coping mechanisms and work on finding your identity externally from depression and/or anxiety.
