Therapist Overview

I specialize in two areas of human experience that are particularly relevant now: lowering anxiety/stress and navigating relationships. I can help you to identify and lower your anxiety, address challenges in your relationships, and find lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals through evidence-based treatments (e.g. CBT, relational) while using my experience and flexibility to tailor treatment to individual challenges and solutions. My clients tell me they appreciate my warmth, perspective, and compassion as I help them address the unique challenges in their lives. I help clients to decrease distress and increase well-being in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I value a strong therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for new understanding and believe that clients’ ability to be open is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I work with clients in the first few sessions to ensure they feel we are a good fit. Whatever challenges you are facing,
