When we are struggling it can cause a major disruption in our lives. It can also change the way we view ourselves, making self-compassion and personal growth hard to achieve. Whether your struggles include self-esteem issues, anxiety/depression, relationship conflicts, or other various concerns, it is my aspiration to join you in this struggle by lending a compassionate hand to help you meet your individual needs. I believe that it takes a great deal of bravery to seek treatment and it is always my number one priority to help you seek personal healing and growth to find what makes you your most authentic self. I look through a lens of individuality. I believe that we all have qualities that make us unique. However when we aren’t feeling like ourselves, it can be difficult to access those qualities that make us feel whole. I utilize a number of evidence-based interventions in order to help clients discover what will create fulfillment in their lives. I am here to guide and support while providing compassion and empathy as you navigate through this healing journey. I would feel honored to be a part of this process with you.
