Excessive stress, anxiety, and even depressive thoughts can manifest during all different time periods in our life. While times like these can get tough and may even feel unbearable, it is important for you to know that these feelings are completely normal and you do not have to cope with these feelings and situations on your own. I am here to provide a supportive and empathetic environment for you to work on yourself, in order to better improve your quality of life. I believe in a client-centered psychotherapy approach.
