I am a “local boy,” born and raised in Waipahu, Hawaii. I am educated locally and completed my training (pre-doctoral internship and post doctoral fellowship) at University of California, Berkeley. I also worked as a psychologist at UC Santa Barbara and Hawaii State Hospital. I understand local culture and am familiar with its unique challenges. I also relate well with people from different backgrounds and cultures and have a special interest in depression, anxiety, and relational concerns. I chose to practice in Waipahu in an effort to give back to my community. My office is conveniently located in the Waipahu ProCom Plaza, to the right of Zippy’s Resturant and Don Quijote, in the old Sam Sung building. My office is in the far left hand corner of the building. I share an office with neurologist, Dr. Ray Romero. Visit or call me today! My practice is open only on Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
