Hello, I’m glad you’re here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Washington, Tennessee, and Kentucky. My practice is 100% online and our meetings will occur through video chat. That means if you reside in one of those states, we can work together! Why therapy? Because you deserve the same support you give everyone else. I grew up in San Diego, CA. My husband is an active duty Marine, which brought us to our current home in Kentucky. I grew up playing sports, and found my first passion while playing college water polo at California State University, Northridge. I began my mental health career working with youth in San Diego specializing in adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). My career grew to working with families, adults, and employee assistance program clients. I have a toddler and a great pyrenese dog. My hobbies include traveling, swimming, learning, and listening.
