Who I Serve

I believe that all people can benefit from therapy at one or multiple points in their lives. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults for individual, family, and couple's therapy. I am particularly passionate about working with young adults who are navigating the process of launching and becoming their authentic selves. Common presenting issues that I work with include depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and trauma. Ideal clients are committed to attending appointments consistently and are interested in creating meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is one that is strength-based and operates from the assumption that all people possess the capacity to create change and are the experts of their own lives. I operate from a systems-focused approach and commonly use CBT, DBT, SFT, MI, and EMDR interventions in my clinical work. Treatment goals and direction are a collaborative effort.
