The health of a couple's relationship dramatically influences everyone involved, and unfortunately is easily neglected. Whether you are thinking about marriage, are recently married, or have been together for years; we all need a "check up" as a couple, to assure that we are going down the same path. As much as we think we can do it on our own; sometimes when we are in the thick of things having a clear lens can assist us in moving forward in a healthy way. My first area of specialty is Couples Therapy based on the research of John and Julie Gottman. I work with couples to maintain the health of the unit, to open up understanding of perspective, and to find areas of neglect. My second area of specialty is Anxiety through the utilization of CBT therapy, reality therapy, and exposure therapy.
