As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in treating adults and couples through the journey of infertility, pregnancy, adoption and fostering. This process can be painful, confusing and arduous as emotions are experienced and brought to the surface. The unknown of infertility, pregnancy, grief and loss can cause anxiety and depression as well as strained relationships. I understand that infertility and pregnancy related struggles can feel isolating and hopeless at times. I will guide you through the process of emotions as you make your way towards healing in a safe space. I offer a free 50 minute therapy session for individual or couples counseling and I also offer Telehealth services within California.
