I believe in people’s ability to handle change, transition, or trauma. I do know that sometimes it can be hard to know exactly how to do this alone. We often get bogged down in feeling the weight of our issues, and have difficulty seeing it from any other perspective, or knowing how to begin to get “unstuck.” I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence, as well as families and individuals struggling with the effects of addiction. In addition to being a therapist, I am also an active advocate and activist working to bring about change with regard to these issues in our community.
