We often get bogged down in feeling the weight of our issues, and have difficulty seeing it from any other perspective, or knowing how to begin to get “unstuck.” I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence, as well as families and individuals struggling with the effects of addiction.
