We are all in the process of change, it is an unavoidable element of life. The trick is to have the willingness to look at how we wish to change, and take steps to do so. This may involve simply developing a different perspective on some struggle or other. No matter what the problem is though it takes courage, to allow another person to see our vulnerability. With that willingness there are very few problems which cannot be significantly improved or solved. Encouragement from a person who understands what we struggle with can help empower us to take action to feel better and be happier.. I work with children adolescents adults and families, in individual, play, family, couples and group psychotherapy. I consult with parents, children and school personnel regarding educational and behavioral difficulty, and work with children, teens and adults, in response to a variety of complaints. Sometimes all we need though is a different perspective. I worked in several different industries before
