As a therapist, my primary objective is to create a safe place for clients to explore their past and present in order to move into their future with confidence. My authentic nature and real, strengths-based approach to the therapeutic relationship helps me to build rapport and get buy-in with clients who find it difficult to open up or see themselves making positive change in their own lives.
