If you are struggling with hopeless thoughts or emotions, or having difficulty feeling connected with loved ones, I would like to help. No one should feel like change is hopeless in their endeavor to become happier with their life. Which is why I believe that at the root of every problem is an unfulfilled need that is calling for attention. So through a broad lens exploration into our past and present we can see the patterns and behaviors that work and those that don’t work. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and I find it important to understand how that world works so I can highlight its strengths. I do this by teaching better skills for communication, building and strengthening intimacy, and practicing more self-compassion. I do this work with couples, families, and individuals.
