Therapist Overview
Social distancing- face masks- the current pandemic is changing life every day. These measures can feel very isolating. They can exacerbate feelings of sadness, anxiety, and hopelessness for anyone. I am available to support you, your children, or family through this unprecedented time in our lives. We will all need to learn and use skills in Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation and Frustration Tolerance daily. I have been teaching these skills to children, adolescents, young adults, families and groups for the past ten years. I am highly trained in trauma treatment. I did my therapy internship with the Berkshire County Kids Place – Child Advocacy Center and Williams College, Psychological Services Center. I have worked as a therapist for the past 9 1/2 years for The Brien Center, Child & Adolescent Division, Community Mental Health.
