Calling a counselor for the first time can be a weird experience. I want to make this process comfortable for you. You will guide this process and I will follow where you need to go. I have developed knowledge of theories and interventions from my masters degree at George Fox University in Marriage Couple and Family Counseling, but I am most focused in meeting you where you are at. Together we will navigate what is challenging you and bring you to a place of understanding and hope. I work with couples and individuals of all ages. I traveled extensively as a child so another specialty is cross-cultural counseling as I have a deep understanding of the challenges when moving from one culture to another. Another specialty is working with couples and providing them with tools for great communication. I also love working with kids and adults of all ages.
