I work with individuals and families to help them find peace and strength. I have experience working with women, men and children who have experienced traumatic life events. Depression and anxiety – sadness and fear – are areas that I help clients gain power over symptoms to find peace within. A philosophy that I use to guide my approach is this: in life pain is inevitable, suffering, however, is not. If you are suffering know that help exists in the form of compassionate and caring counseling. I specialize in helping clients who have experienced traumatic life events. In addition to being EMDR trained I have over a decade of experience helping victims of sexual assault and domestic violence through my work with women’s shelters and non profit agencies that serve victims of abuse.
