Therapist Overview
***PLEASE NOTE MY NEW PRACTICE LOCATION*** In seasons of crisis, loss, and struggle, counseling can be a space to reflect on the past and recover for the journey ahead. As a clinician, my goal is to partner with individuals and families as they heal from past hurts, manage current stressors, and refine their strengths on their path to restoring hope and finding healing. I work with men, women, children, adolescents, and families with a focus on helping each individual work through issues such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship trials, self-esteem, and other stressors and mood issues. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques, EMDR, mindfulness, and family systems techniques to facilitate change while helping individuals discover and utilize their unique strengths in their personal journey towards growth and healing.
