Therapist Overview
Life can have it’s challenges. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I work with Individuals, Couples and Families who are ready to face these challenges and start working towards change. My goal is to provide my client’s with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can explore new solutions and gain the tools to deal with Family Conflict, Marriage/Couple Conflict, Parent-Child Issues, Grief/Loss, Emotional Distress, Anxiety/Depression/Anger, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Substance Abuse/Recovery, and others. Every client’s life story is UNIQUE, therefore, I take an INDIVIDUALIZED approach to therapy that allows me to meet you where you are, identify your innate strengths, and help you construct meaningful relationships and a fulfilling life. I am passionate about listening to people’s life stories and helping you learn how to best navigate the most important and complex relationships in your lives. You don’t have to do it alone.
