I have experience in treating individuals with major mental illnesses; the challeneges and stresses of every day living; difficulty with regulating emotions; problems with anger management and coping skills; and other emotional/behavioral concerns resulting in difficult interpersonal relationships and life functioning. My “passion” is to assist men, women, children, couples, and families navigate and heal from various traumas. I utilize a blend of reality-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, DBT, EMDR for individuals and groups and art in approaches in treatment.
