I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I started in the addiction field early on and treated substance abuse, pornography addiction and eating disorders. I have 14 years experience and have worked with many individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I can help you with anything from marital issues, to individual depression and anxiety, or improving your relationship with your teen. I have also worked with clients who have experienced trauma in their life from physical, emotional, or sexual abuse. I love the process of getting to assist people in becoming their best self and watching healing and growth. Because of my Marriage and Family therapy background I love using a systemic approach to helping people change. I also use the Gottman Behavioral Therapy approach in working with couples as well as Imago and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
