During my 25 years in private practice, I have brought a non-judgemental and attuned approach to my work, creating safety and trust for my clients. I work with adult individuals and teens age 16 and older, primarily around trauma, depression, and anxiety. In this work we frequently address the shame issues that holds one back from living a life fully from their authentic Self. I am inter-active and incorporate an eclectic style, including but not limited to Mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, anger management, humor, psychodynamic, family systems, and attachment therapy. I enjoy working with adults to help shed life long unproductive patterns held in place by such factors as shame, abuse, and trauma, as well as those going through developmental and/or transitional challenges. My work with pre-teens and adolescents also includes such issues as anger management, anxiety, stress, bullying and low self esteem.
