Life can become overwhelming at times, and seeking help can be the first courageous act in achieving a higher quality of living. I enjoy working with a wide variety of populations dealing with multiple issues, such as depression and anxiety. I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ population and individuals struggling with relationship issues. It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to client growth. Creating a space of safety, trust and unconditional positive regard for the client guides all my interactions and interventions. I believe it is incredibly important that clients feel accepted and heard when they are in my office. Holding space for clients who are exploring their sexuality and gender identity is an integral part of my practice. Because therapy is not one size fits all, I use an eclectic approach from multiple different modalities to help clients reach their goals. I am now accepting new clients and offering virtual sessions.
