Therapist Overview

I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and encouraging environment to assist LGBTQ BIPOC individuals through whatever difficulties they may be confronting. Together we will collaboratively explore tools and strategies that will help you feel better about yourself, have better relationships, and experience more joy. I am a bilingual, bicultural, queer Afro-Latina cis-woman. In my practice, I bring together evidence-informed techniques and a social justice lens. I support BIPOC individuals in an open-minded, culturally sensitive, intersectional, anti-racist & LGBTQ-affirmative manner. My background in activism and organizing have a strong influence on my practice which is informed by a compassionate, non-judgmental, strength-based approach.
