I help people calm their busy minds, and reconnect to their deeper selves. I specialize in helping clients recover from anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and traumatic or dysfunctional childhoods. The racing, frantic thoughts of an anxiety disorder, the exhaustion of depression, and an uncertain sense of self do not have to be a part of your life any longer. My clients report that they have happier and healthier lives with increased self-awareness, self-esteem, and more satisfying interactions throughout their lives. My approach is nonjudgemental and non-pathologizing, and I am committed to my clients’ healing. I love working with people with anxiety and depressive disorders because they are often highly intelligent, intuitive, and creative people who are able to accomplish the things they want, once their anxious feelings are calmed, and their energy is redirected in healthier, more fulfilling ways. I am also especially committed to helping adult men who struggle to cope with a
