Therapist Overview
I have over 20 years experience as a therapist in diverse settings/ different populations. I provide individual and family therapy to children and adults. I am interested in helping people become the best version of themselves and focusing on their strengths. My goal is to provide a safe place for self exploration, gaining insight, awareness and acceptance. I integrate theories of mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use holistic approach to help people find balance and peace in their lives. I have a special interest in working with CHILDREN/ADOLESCENTS who are experiencing; behavioral problems, depression, anxiety. I am also interested working with ADULTS who are having difficulty managing stress and emotions related to depression, anxiety or past traumas. Special focus on healthy self exploration, emotion regulation, healing past trauma, and living in a more mindful, intentional and healthy way.
