My focus is to work together with you to identify and remove the obstacles that are holding you back from moving forward. These obstacles can range from life transitions (e.g. starting a new job or getting married) to life stressors (e.g. relationship issues or parenting concerns) to loss. Whatever the issue, we can address it together. Over the course of my career, I have worked in a variety of counseling settings, including: K-12 schools, and outpatient agencies.
