My passion is to help children, families and adults that are experiencing emotional, behavioral or relational challenges find hope and healing which will increase their positive sense of self and improve their emotional well-being. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process which flourishes in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic environment. My client-centered approach encourages individuals to gain greater self-awareness, enhance self-esteem and develop effective coping skills, which in turn increases personal sense of peace, contentment and inner happiness.
