Therapist Overview

When we experience anxiety and stress it is not uncommon to feel like our lives are unraveling and we are no longer in control. My passion is to bring healing and change to people who experience excessive worry and fear, anxiety and stress. I guide my clients to find a healthier perspective of themselves, others, and the world around them. I help them strengthen their relationships so they begin to feel more capable and safe with who they are and what they do. There is no “one size fits all” in therapy, which is why I cater my clinical approach to each individual’s specific needs. I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ER/P), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am a licensed mental health provider in the state of Florida and the State of Colorado. I have an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University as well as a BFA and BA in Fine Arts and Psychology from Parsons School of D
