Hello, I have over 25 years of experience in the Mental Health field, primarily in private practice. Prior to that I have worked as a Youth Minister and directed a group home for adolescents. I have had lots of success working with couples in conflict, and individuals with depression and anxiety issues. I believe that my job as your therapist is to help you uncover and develop your personal gifts to live a more fulfilling and productive life. I do not subscribe to a specific treatment model preferring to draw upon my many years of experience and to develop a plan that best fits each individual!!
