Therapist Overview

Hi there, I am glad you found me. I believe in the value of therapy at different points in our lives. My areas of therapeutic experience include; life transitions, dating, breakups, marriage, parenting, military and veteran families, church/belief dynamics, loss, accountability, aging, disabilities/different abilities, as well as business and academic pursuits. My clients have described my style as genuine, attentive, caring, and creative. I aim to create a comfortable environment where you can shake hands with any emotion that is necessary. I like to collaborate with my clients, experiment a little, and adjust our path as we go. Often, we work through relationships, whether it be with self, others, or the world. I offer reduced rates for counseling/psychology/social work students. The first session is always free. Email or call. I look forward to getting started. I also look forward to you sharing pictures of your dog or cat.
