I utilize modalities of CBT, client-centered, family systems, mindfulness-based skills, solution-focused, strengths-based, dialectical behavioral skills, spiritual approaches, and expressive techniques to form a holistic approach. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music Theatre from the University of Hartford and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University and have spent approximately 15 years in the mental health field working in group homes, behavioral health hospitals, psychiatric clinics, and outpatient therapy.
