Therapist Overview
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS – It’s time for you to start feeling better about yourself. I know that you are feeling overwhelmed by how out of control your drinking and drug use has become. Your family & friends have told you they are worried about you. You feel ashamed that you can’t stop this by yourself. Recovery is possible & does not happen all the same. As a retired binge drinker, I know how low, dark & depressing this disease of the mind can take you. However, I also know that this problem can be solved & quickly turn around and it doesn’t always mean going to 12 step meetings. I have been helping others for the past 15 years learn skills to put into place to stop alcohol & drug abuse. I help clients learn to improve their mindset, self-esteem & confidence. I help clients quickly create a personalized recovery plan of skills that work for them. My Master’s Degree in Psychology is specialized in Addictions. I am a current member of the State of Florida’s Project ECHO for Opioid Use
